Project narrative

On August 28-30, 2006, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party, Wu Guanzheng , and Rwandan President Paul Kagame exchanged a letter according to which China will provide some 2 million CNY worth of medical instruments, general medicine, and anti-malaria medicine. The current status and start and end dates are unknown.
