Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On 22 June 2010, China and Morocco signed a three-year agreement to reinforce cultural bilateral cooperation. Under this agreement, China agreed to grant 15 scholarships to Moroccan students. In return, Morocco agreed to grant 10 scholarships to Chinese student who wished to study in Morocco. “我国与突尼斯、摩洛哥分别签署文化合作执行计划” clarifies that this agreement is an “implementation plan” of the formal cultural cooperation agreement which was signed by the two governments in February 1982. The agreement was signed following a meeting between Morocco's Culture Minister Bensalem Himmich and his Chinese counterpart Cai Wu.
