Project narrative

In August of 2006, the Chinese Embassy presented Seychelles a consignment of computers and other IT equipment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The Chinese Ambassador to Seychelles handed over 15 computers, 4 heavy duty laser printers, 1 Canon photocopier, and 1 laminator. It is unclear how much the machinery is worth.
