Project narrative

On January 6, 2010, the China National Petroleum Corporation signed a new training agreement with the Sudanese Ministry of Energy and Mining Resources to donate 1 million USD to help Sudan implement a three-year training program for 90 petroleum specialists. On May 13, 2010, the closing ceremony for the first training session was held in Beijing. The start and end dates are unknown.
