Project narrative

On July 24, 2001, the Chinese Assistant Minister for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Zambian Finance Deputy Minister signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which China pledged to grant RMB 20 million (USD $2.5 million) to Zambia for unspecified projects. It is unclear if these funds were ever disbursed.
