Project narrative

On December 15, 2006, the Assistant to the Chinese Minister of Commerce and the Nigerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and African Integration signed an exchange of letters involving the Chinese government's donation of 1 million CNY worth of anti-malaria medicine (MOU). The current status of this project and whether or not the drugs were actually delivered cannot be determined.
