Project narrative

On 14 September, 2010, it was announced that the Chinese government had made a USD$300 million pledge to the Government of Zimbabwe to help fund the construction of a new government complex in Harare. However, the same media report indicated that this project had yet to proceed beyond the planning stages and that construction had not yet begun. The project is distinct from Record ID#62934.
