Project narrative

China and Togo inked two accords on December 20, 2007, to strengthen cooperation in economic expertise. Chinese Ambassador Yang Min and Togolese Cooperation Minister Gilbert Bawara signed a 17 million RMB grant agreement. A 10-million RMB interest-free loan provided by the Chinese government was also signed (see Record ID#2186). Relevant departments of the two countries will negotiate a joint agreement on some projects funded by the money
