Project narrative

On March 23, 2011, the Chinese government signed an agreement with the Zimbabwean government for the development of human resources in the Ministry of Public Service. The agreement was signed by the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce, Fu Ziying, and the Zimbabwe Minister of Public Service, Eliphas Mukonoweshuro.
