Project narrative

On July 29, 2004, China donated $100,000 dollars to facilitate the last phase of Somali National Reconciliation Conference via the International Governmental Authority on Development after an appeal from IGAD and the United Nations. IGAD is a multi-lateral organization mediating peace talks of the Somali Civil War in Nairobi, Kenya.
