Description

On March 15, 2011, 10 medical personnel left from Shaanxi province for a medical mission in Malawi. They were joined by 6 remaining personnel from the 1st medical mission (#35417). The 16 member team left Malawi on March 13, 2013. Since 2008, China has sent a medical team to Malawi about every two years. Part of the team goes to Kamuzu Central Hospital in the capital Lilongwe and another part goes to Mzuzu Central Hospital in Malawi's Northern Region city of Mzuzu.
