Project narrative

In 2008, China Harbor Engineering Co Ltd (CHEC) established an 'Education Fund' to help students from developing countries study in China and selected 10 Sudanese students to receive scholarships from this fund. On June 23, 2010, these 10 students graduated with Master's degrees in water engineering from Nanjing-based Hohai University. The total cost of their education was around 1.6 million CNY. Hohai university will soon accept the next 10 students financed by CHEC.
