Project narrative

On May 12, 2000, Mr. Zhang Xujiang, the Chinese ambassador to Uganda, handed over a donation of 60 Jiefang tipper trucks worth 3.2 million USD to Andraule Awuzu, Uganda's State Minister for Works. The trucks were to be used for road maintenance around Uganda.
