Project narrative

On 26 October, 2010, the Chinese Government announced plans to send an agricultural technical team to Zimbabwe as part of a three-year infrastructure package that includes a number of other unrelated projects. The plan was signed into agreement in July 2010 by the Chinese Deputy Minister of Commerce, Jiang Zengweni, and was announced by the Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Xin Shunkang.
