Project narrative

On July 6th, 2011, China's CAMCE Kenya Urban Power Grid Reconstruction Phase II Project Team handed over St. Francis Sivo Primary School to the Kenyan government. The site manager handed over the school and donated stationery to students. It is unclear how much the facility is worth or what the commitment year was.
