Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On an unknown date, the Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, Zhao Jianhua, gave the Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf an 18-seat minibus as a birthday gift. Then, on December 19, 2012, Sirleaf donated the minibus to Obama's Girls Educational Outreach, a non-governmental organization that advocates on behalf of underprivileged children.
