Project narrative

In 2012, the Chinese ambassador to Namibia announced that the Chinese government intended to build 1,300 classrooms across Namibia to help curtail the classroom shortage. The Chinese ambassador promised to ask the Chinese government for support in providing educational training and resources. It is unclear if and when these classrooms will be built or how the construction was funded.
