Project narrative

In November 2012, the Communist Party of China donated 80 desktop computers, 40 laptop computers, and 20 laser printers to the Sudan Peoples' Liberation Movement (SPLM) party which was the ruling party in 2012. The equipment was intended to improve the SPLM's working conditions and to demonstrate CPC's (Communist Party of China) friendly feelings to SPLM.
