Project narrative

On January 19 and 21, 2010, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed an exchange of letters detailing that Chinese youth volunteers would come to Tunisia. The Tunisian Government then ratified this agreement on November 15, 2010 via Decree n° 2010-2961. Tunisia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for the implementation of this decree.
