Project narrative

In 2013, the Chinese government will provide various sponsorships to about 100 Rwandans for training in different fields in China. From 2011 to 2013, the Chinese government has sponsored about 340 Rwandans, especially staff from government and private institutions, to receive training in China. There is no verified amount spent on these sponsorships or a verified number of slots.
