Project narrative

In 2008, the Congo Assistance Foundation received a grant from the All-China Women's Federation (also known as "La Federation des femmes de Chine") worth 300,000 CNY. During talks between China and Congo, the First Lady of Congo discussed the possibility of initiating sister city agreements between Chinese cities and the Congolese cities of Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire.
