Project narrative

In January 2010, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) signed an agreement pledging the donation of computers and stationery materials to the People's Front for Democracy and Justice (PFDJ), the sole political party in Eritrea. The Head of Political Affairs represented PFDJ, and the Chinese ambassador to Eritrea represented the Communist Party of China.
