Project narrative

On December 19, 2012, the Chinese Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, Wang Shixiong informed Equatorial Guinean Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Juan Nko Mbula, that China had agreed to fund a loan that Equatorial Guinea's Executive had requested. The loan was requested during the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, for the construction of public works and human resources training. The status and amount of loan are unclear.
