Project narrative

On December 5, 2011, China donated 180 laptops, 250 Desktop computers, 250 printers, 600 mobile phones, and 6 photocopiers that total 400 million CFA Franc, to the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC). At the ceremony, Youssouf Bakayoko, the IEC President said that was not the first gift from China; the Chinese government previously donated tricycles, solar lamps to the IEC.
