Project narrative

In September 2009, China offered to donate election materials to the Ivory Coast. The handover of the election materials eventually occurred on July 23, 2010. The donation also included 200 tricycles, 150 motorcycles, 1000 energy lamps and 100 mobile phones that were offered by the Chinese Embassy in Côte d'Ivoire to the IRC for the 2010 elections.
