China sent multiple medical teams to Jinja Hospital after this grant commitment was made. However, according to the Aid Management Platform (AMP) of the Government of Uganda's Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development, only $292,911.54 (34%) of the grant commitment was actually disbursed as of June 14, 2009.
