Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

In April 2013, Chinese UN peacekeepers constructed interim training centers for Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) in South Sudan, which will teach new skills to around 400 ex-militants. The peacekeepers also constructed a road through forests and swamps in order to ease access to the center. The transaction information on the agreement of peacekeeping operations and costs of construction are unknown.
