Project narrative

On September 25th, 2013, the Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan and the South Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation signed a bilateral agreement on the training of medical personnel to run Rumbek hospital. This is linked to Record ID#31197, an agreement to donates anti-malarial drugs signed at the same time.
