Project narrative

On October 25, 2013, China delivered 50,000 USD in cash through Chinese Red Cross for flood relief in South Sudan. Early reports indicate that China donated 1.1 million USD, but according to the Chinese Ambassador Ma Qiang in December 2013, the amount of money received is still 50,000 USD.
