Project narrative

On April 1, 2009 the Chinese government promised to assist the Namibian government in post-flood reconstruction by offering training to 12 people in reconstruction programs, malaria control, HIV/AIDS prevention and emergency medical treatment. This pledge was followed by the Chinese Ambassador's visits to flood damaged areas.
