Project narrative

On July 5 2010 an agreement was signed for the establishment of a Confucius Institute at Zanzibar Journalism and Mass Media College. The branch of the Chinese government that is responsible for this project is Hanban, which partners Chinese institutions with schools around the world to establish Confucius Institutes. The Chinese institution involved in this project is China Radio International. Report on the project is yet to be published but it is referenced as completed in many articles.
