Project narrative

According to the Aid Management Platform (AMP) of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Chinese Government pledged in 2010 to provide $26,357,891.00 to the DRC to facilitate its acquisition of 500 tractors for the DRC. The Center for International Forestry Research reported that this pledge was in the form of a loan. Details of the terms of the loan are unknown.
