Project narrative

In 2004, the Chinese Government committed $3,624,506.01 of grant funding for “institutional support” to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo. According to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Aid Management Platform (AMP), $3,624,720.59 was eventually disbursed for this project. It is unclear how the proceeds of this grant were used. The effective start date of the grant was January 1, 2004. The French project title is Appui institutionnel. This project is completed.
