Project narrative

On January 11, 2007, the Chinese Embassy in Angola donated office supplies--including computers, photocopiers, and air conditioners--to the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of the Chinese Government ("援安外交部办公设备正式交接"). Ambassador Zhang Beisan participated in the official handover. The cost of this donation is unclear.
