Project narrative

On September 28, 2011 and October 13, 2011, the Chinese Government and the Republic of Congo signed letters of exchange related to the Container Inspection Equipment Project. This project involved the provision and installation of container inspection equipment. Nuctech Company Limited was the contractor responsible for implementation. It signed a contract with the Congolese Ministry of Finance on November 11, 2011. It is unclear whether or when this project was implemented.
