Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

According to a media report on October 23, 2001, China gave Cambodia a gift of forensic equipment worth 80,000 dollars. This donation included materials that would enable Cambodian authorities to find clues from fingerprints and blood. This donation would provide the Cambodian police with forensic investigation capabilities, where previously, the authorities have to rely on forensic specialists from neighboring Thailand and Vietnam or did not use forensic investigation techniques at all.
