Project narrative

On May 29, 2003 the Chinese Government donated office supplies worth $20,000 USD to Cambodia's National Election Committee (NEC) to support Cambodia's upcoming national election. The office supplies included computers, laser printers, fax machines, digital cameras and duplicators. The handover ceremony was held in Phnom Penh, with the attendance of NEC's chairperson Im Suosdey and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Ning Fukui.
