Description

On November 27, 2003, the Chinese Government and the Government of Cambodia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 50 million ($6.1 million USD) in grant funding to the Cambodian Government. The Government of Cambodia then planned to give the money to Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for general use (see 'Cambodia, China sign agreements on economic, technical cooperation').
