Project narrative

The Chinese government agreed to give 400 police motorcycles to the Cambodian Ministry of Interior on March 23, 2004 (援助柬埔寨400辆警用摩托车 in Chinese). The motorcycles will be used to help support the Cambodian police. The motorcycles were delivered on March 11th, 2005 ("图文：中国援助柬埔寨400辆警用摩托车(1)").
