Project narrative

February 11, 2004, the Chinese Embassy, on behalf of the Chinese government, gave Cambodia 50,000 USD to help prevent the spread of avian flu. The money was handed over to Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong at a ceremony attended by the Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Hu Qianwen.
