Project narrative

On April 7, 2009, China donated ten desktop computers, ten laptops, and ten printers to the Cambodia Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy. The donation is made during the meeting between Cambodian Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy H.E. Suy Sem and visiting Chinese delegation led by Mr Cao Jian Lin, vice minister of Sciences and Technology.
