Description

On September 14th 2012, China has offered to loan Cambodia 50 million US dollars every year to develop the Kingdom’s energy sector. The loan would be used for development of rural electicity; projects include building more dams to meet the country's energy demands, more power grids to so that the generated electricity can reach the locals from various districts as well as more substations so that the energy from high tension lines can be converted to those used on a local level.
