Project narrative

On July 16, 2008, the handover ceremony of gymnastics equipment worth 14,000 USDdonated by the Chinese government to the Cambodian National Olympic Committee was held in the gymnastics training hall of the Cambodian National Olympic Stadium. Ambassador Zhang Jinfeng, Chairman of the Cambodian National Olympic Committee and Chairman of the Gymnastics Association Tang Kun, State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, attended the ceremony. The donation of gymnastics equipment is for the Cambodian gymnastics federation to carry out daily training of national athletes. The equipment included a balance beam, low balance beam, springboard, crash mats, and landing mats.
