Project narrative

In 2007, 15 different government departments in Equatorial Guinea sent 58 trainees to China to attend 21 different kinds of training programs. As compared to 2006, the total number of trainees, governmental officials sent to China, and departments have increased by 45%, 140%, and 25% respectively.
