Project narrative

On June 30, 2006 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between China and Angola for the construction of a rural school. Following this, the exchange of letters was signed on October 29, 2007. On September 25th, 2009, a rural school constructed with help from China in Angola was handed over to the government of Angola during a ceremony. Gansu Overseas Engineering Corporation was responsible for the construction, and China Jiangsu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group was in charge of accepting the project. The construction was started on November 10, 2008, and was completed on August 12, 2009. The funding details for this project are unknown.
