Project narrative

On June 5 2013 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, China and Cambodia signed a handover certificate confirming that Cambodia has received the agricultural equipment such as tractors and plows which were provided by China. The equipment has just recently arrived in in the port of Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
