Project narrative

On May 12, 2009 China donated 1 million USD to Sri Lanka as emergency relief for Internally Displaced Persons who had fled the LTTE as civilians. The donation was handed over by Chinese Ambassador Yang Xiuping to Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama at the Ministry in Colombo.
