Project narrative

The Chinese Civil Engineering Construction Corporation announced on July 10, 2013 that it would be offering scholarships to Nigerian students to study technical courses in China. Yuan Li, president of CCECC, said the scholarships would be mainly for students studying railway engineering at the Chinese Railway University. The number of scholarships and financial values of scholarships was not announced. The announcement came during the same time that the CCECC announced they would be investing 1 billion USD into the Nigerian economy (Record ID#31004).
