Project narrative

On 16 August 2013, Chinese state-owned Gezhouba Group Company Limited (Chinese: 中国葛洲坝集团股份有限公司; CGGC) donated 20 computers and 5 printers to poverty-stricken Lao teachers and students at the Primer’s Residence of Laos. Vice premier of the Lao People's Democratic Republic accepted the donation on behalf of the teachers and students. Flow class has been coded as "ODA-like" because China Gezhouba Group Company Limited is a state owned company and their grant is official finance.
