Project narrative

On Aug 18, 2005, China and Bangladesh held official talks at the Great Hall of the People in order to increase cooperation and ties between the two nations. Several agreements were made and projects discussed, one of them being that China agreed to provide 10 million RMB (identified as one crore) for scholarships and the development of human resources. Follow ups and confirmation of the transaction were not found.
